Hiba Abou Lteif is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian, specializing in weight management and medical nutrition therapy. With years of experience, she has guided countless individuals toward achieving their health and wellness goals through tailored nutrition plans and evidence-based approaches. Her expertise lies in helping clients develop sustainable dietary habits that support their physical health, energy levels, and overall well-being.
As a certified life and wellness coach, Hiba takes a holistic approach to well-being, integrating nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and behavioral change strategies. She currently practices at Vie Saine center in Lebanon, where she empowers individuals to create balanced and fulfilling lives. By combining self-awareness, mindful eating, and habit transformation, she helps clients break free from restrictive dieting and build a positive relationship with food.
Beyond her individual coaching, Hiba is deeply passionate about workplace well-being and corporate wellness initiatives. She collaborates with organizations to design wellness programs that enhance employee health, energy, and productivity.
