Dr. Nadler is the author of eight best-selling leadership and team performance books, including "Leading with Emotional Intelligence," which provides 108 tools and checklists for leaders to enhance their emotional intelligence.
He also hosts the popular podcast "Leadership Development News," with over 5 million downloads, and contributes to Psychology Today with his blog "Leading with Emotional Intelligence."

As the founding president of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Chartered Chapter Lebanon, Dr. Ghossoub has demonstrated her leadership in the coaching community. She is an EQi and MBTI certified trainer, a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, an NLP practitioner, and a certified team coach. Her unique approach integrates her clinical dietetics practice with her academic background, having taught courses in clinical nutrition, counseling, and dietetics at various universities. She is also a faculty member at the College of Executive Coaching in California, USA.
