Dr. Relly Nadler, Psy.D., MCC
Instructor
Dr. Relly Nadler is a distinguished psychologist, Master Certified Coach (MCC), and the founder of True North Leadership, Inc., an executive and organizational development firm.
With over 30 years of experience, he has worked with more than 225 organizations, including Fortune 500 companies such as Anheuser-Busch, BMW, and Coca-Cola, helping them develop leadership and teamwork through speaking, corporate training, executive coaching, and team building.
Dr. Nadler is the author of eight best-selling leadership and team performance books, including "Leading with Emotional Intelligence," which provides 108 tools and checklists for leaders to enhance their emotional intelligence.
He also hosts the popular podcast "Leadership Development News," with over 5 million downloads, and contributes to Psychology Today with his blog "Leading with Emotional Intelligence."
Dr. Zeina Ghossoub, MCC, CWC, ACTC

Dr. Zeina Ghossoub El-Aswad is a renowned wellness and leadership coach with over 25 years of experience in coaching and more than 30 years in wellness. She is the founder and CEO of VieSaine, a wellness center in Beirut, and the co-founder and Chief Wellness Officer of Vital Signs Vital Skills in Houston, Texas, specializing in maximizing executive wellness and leadership potential in the healthcare industry.
As the founding president of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Chartered Chapter Lebanon, Dr. Ghossoub has demonstrated her leadership in the coaching community. She is an EQi and MBTI certified trainer, a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, an NLP practitioner, and a certified team coach. Her unique approach integrates her clinical dietetics practice with her academic background, having taught courses in clinical nutrition, counseling, and dietetics at various universities. She is also a faculty member at the College of Executive Coaching in California, USA.
